In challenging times God has always raised up a leader to direct his people into deliverance and prosperity. Ours is a world where people are looking for something real, genuine and true. To meet the needs of his people God has singled out his man servant who effectively communicates the will of God with clarity, passion and love.

Born in North Philadelphia, Pastor Richard gave his life to Jesus Christ at the age of 17 at the Mount Airy C.O.G.I.C. under the guidance of Bishop Ernest Morris Sr. It was here where Pastor Richard met the love of his life, Darlene McFadden, a woman who also was called into the preaching ministry. The two married in 1991 and began their lives together doing the Lord’s work as husband and wife.

In the year 2000 he was ordained an Elder in the Church of God in Christ Inc. His work in the ministry was so impressive that the Jurisdictional Bishop entrusted the training of all ministers to Pastor Richard. In addition, Pastor Richwas the only preacher on the Official Board of the church. Making policy decisions and shaping the future of the church.

In 2013 the Lord gave Pastor Richard the vision to form the Acts of Random Kindness Christian Center. A new church with an emphasis on Real Ministry. Themed after the word of God found in St. Luke 4:18. “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me; for He has anointed me to….” It is through this vision and understanding that Pastor Rich, as he is affectionately known has developed an unconventional, approach to ministry. With a relaxed non-traditional atmosphere and time respective church service the ARK Center is meeting the needs of the people; not only the spiritual but financial, educational, & emotional aspects of life as well.

Pastor Rich is a decorated veteran. Serving in the United State Air Force for 20 years in such campaigns as Desert Storm and Enduring Freedom. It is here he developed a world view of religion and geo-political affairs.

In addition, Pastor Rich is also a Pennsylvania certified teacher. Therefore, education and personal achievement are of great importance to this 21st Century progressive visionary.

Pastor Rich has earned an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Community College of the Air Force, a Bachelor’s degree in Social Studies from Colorado State University, and a Master’s Degree in Secondary Education from Holy Family University. He attended the Jamson School of Ministry in West Philadelphia under the late Dr. Jamson.
